Hb: 3.2 gm/dl; TLC: 2600/cmm DLC: Normal, Platelets: 2000/cmm : Pancytopenia
PS: Macrocytic Normochromic rbcs.
Bone Marrow aspirate pictures.
I was able to spot only one megakaryocyte in two smears. Do you think this is Megaloblastic erythropoiesis. How commonly Megaloblastic anaemia presents as pancytopenia. Thanks for your comments.
